Both Sebastian Mullaert and Frank Wiedemann have played a defining role in shaping the landscape of electronic music, each leaving a lasting imprint through their distinct yet complementary artistic visions. With decades of experience as award-winning producers, performers, and innovators, they have continuously pushed the boundaries of electronic sound, blending experimentation with deep musicality and conceptual depth.

Frank Wiedemann, celebrated for his emotive compositions and genre-defying collaborations, has become a defining force in shaping the sound of modern electronic music. As one half of Âme and co-founder of Innervisions, he has continually blurred the boundaries between dancefloor energy and artistic expression. His work is marked by a profound sense of musicality and emotional resonance, weaving together analogue warmth, improvisation, and technological innovation. Through his various projects, from live improvisations to his work with ensembles and vocalists, Frank continues to explore the intersection between intuition and structure, bringing a deeply human dimension to electronic sound.

Sebastian has long championed free-flowing, spontaneous collaboration, drawing from his background in classical music, meditation, and improvisation. His work embodies a fluid and organic approach to live performance, where improvisation and presence take centre stage. With Circle of Live, he has redefined electronic music as a shared, real-time experience, creating unscripted performances that embrace spontaneity and deep artistic connection.

Terms & Conditions

By purchasing this event, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to all operational policies outlined below. These policies are in place to ensure the safety, integrity, and enjoyment of the event experience for all participants. Failure to comply with these policies may result in consequences as outlined in the sections below.

1. Sales Policy

All sales are final and non-refundable. Under certain conditions, your spot may be transferred to another participant with prior written approval. Refund requests must be made in writing within 14 days of purchase and additionally no later than 7 days before the retreat begins. Both conditions must be met for a refund to be eligible.

A €125 admin fee applies, and bank charges are the participant’s responsibility. No refunds for late cancellations or no-shows. Exceptions may be considered in extraordinary cases at our sole discretion. In the unlikely event of a forced cancellation due to factors beyond our control (a force majeure event), a full refund will be issued immediately.

2. Transportation

Please note that the prices listed do not include transportation expenses to the venue location. Participants are responsible for arranging their own return trip to Villa Soderasen, Rostanga, SE.

3. Alcohol and Drug Policy

Alcoholic beverages are neither provided nor permitted on-site. We maintain a strict zero-tolerance policy regarding the consumption or possession of recreational drugs throughout the duration of the event, on both public and private premises associated with the programme.

4. Safe Space Policy

We are committed to fostering a safe, inclusive, and supportive environment for all participants, regardless of race, ethnicity, gender, sexual orientation, religion, or cultural background. Any form of discrimination, harassment, or intimidation will not be tolerated.

    •    Racial Harassment: Any behavior or language that demeans, marginalizes, or targets individuals or groups based on their race or ethnicity is strictly prohibited.

    •    Sexual Harassment: Unwelcome advances, inappropriate comments, or any other forms of sexual misconduct are unacceptable and will result in immediate action.

Participants who engage in such behavior will be asked to leave the event without a refund. Additionally, we reserve the right to take further action as necessary to protect the safety and well-being of the community.

  • What is covered in my retreat purchase?

    Your purchase includes your stay in one of shared or single occupancy rooms for 4 nights, 3 daily meals, and the Circle Of Live | In Bloom experience in its entirety. All programming & activities, including nature & meditation as tools for creation, collaborations, the creative process of improvisation etc.

  • Is travel included in the price and how to get there?

    You are responsible for your round trip transportation to and from Villa Soderasen, however once you arrive, everything is taken care of for you within the scope of the event. The location address is: Nackarpsdalsvägen 5, 268 68 Röstånga, Sweden The nearest international airport is Copenhagen Kastrup (CPH) and from there you have convenient and frequent public transport options (train + bus) right to our doorstep. The approximate travel time to Rostanga is 2h 30min. You can also fly to Malmo Airport (MMX) and similarly use public transport options (train + bus) right to our doorstep. The approximate travel time to Rostanga is also 2h 30min. There are free parking spaces available for those travelling by car. Additionally, you will have access to a personal liaison to facilitate your travel needs and answer any questions to make your journey with us as smooth as possible.

  • Is this retreat suitable for me?

    This retreat is originally designed for musicians who have a foundational understanding of music production and performance. While it is open to dedicated beginners, it may not be the right fit for those who are just starting out without any prior experience. That said, the retreat also welcomes creative practitioners from other disciplines such as art, design, architecture, film, and beyond. The principles we explore centered around improvisation, collaboration and creative flow are universally relevant and can offer fresh insights, new tools, and meaningful breakthroughs for artists working across many mediums. Even though the programme is grounded in music, its core focus is on nurturing creativity itself, making it valuable for anyone seeking to reconnect with their creative voice in a supportive and inspiring environment. Please note that all participants must be 18 years of age or older. Due to the nature of the programme and the structure of the estate, we are unable to accommodate minors or allow pets on the property during the retreat.

  • Can I attend only one day from the full programme?

    There is always a noticeable and beautiful magic to be appreciated when everyone participates in the event together, in its entirety, from start to finish. As with every IN BLOOM event, this journey is immersive and we request that everyone arrives and leaves together.

  • Will the programme be in English?

    Yes, the programme will be taught in English language.

  • Can my friend or significant other drop by or join in?

    This is a private event and is accessible ONLY to individual paying customers. If you would like to invite a friend to join us, please invite them to purchase the package.

  • Is it possible to arrive early or stay late after the event?

    Yes! If you plan to arrive earlier or extend your stay beyond the days of the retreat you can check availabilities and book your accomodation directly from Villa Söderåsen's website www.villasoderasen.com There are other hotels in the area you can stay in if the dates you require are not available.

  • What if I have special dietary restrictions?

    We do our best to be conscious of everyone’s needs when it comes to our food & beverage offering in order to provide a range of options. If you have specific dietary restrictions you feel are worth noting, please let us know in advance and we’ll be happy to address them.

  • Do I need to prepare anything and what should I pack?

    Please bring: - Laptop with Ableton live or DAW - Headphones - Small midicontroller (k2 or similar) - Small acoustic instrument, flute, sticks, tambourine, harmonica or similar. - Optimal: small handheld recorder. As the event is taking place in the middle of winter and includes a variety of nature activities, we highly advise that you come well prepared for all the elements and be well equipped for outdoor adventures. Hiking shoes, activewear, thermal underwear, warm overalls, hat, gloves, scarf and proper winter coat are an absolute must.
