Introduction and detailed presentation of what will be addressed during these 4 appointments. Neel will

• Show various types of setups that will be used in the course
• Explain step by step the reason for some choices, above all what they will entail
• All the choices made are based on years of experience, the main goals is to leave as much headspace for creativity; to maintain an increasingly free and spontaneous approach in the creative process.

After having familiarised yourself with a number of Neel's set ups, the second session will be focused on creating music using precisely those models. The session will be based in Ableton.

• Create a track or sketch based on the given tools
• Having a ready-to-go set up in order to give space to your creativity wherever you are, and to be able to register your ideas whenever inspiration hits

In this session Neel will share his unique approach and techniques that he has developed in his own practice through the use of synths and modulars. Each bringing their own value and having their own purpose in the process.

• Receive support from Neel on how to improve your workflow

After focusing on creativity and diving into the process in the first half of this course, the last two sessions will focus on finalising your track.

• Arrangement
• How, and when Efx can really help us to finalise a track

For the final session, you will combine all of the acquired tools & techniques, integrate the set ups, and use them finalise your tracks, that they are ready to present to a label.
